The Uber LAN was a smashing success!  We sold out the event the day before it started and still had people calling and emailing to register.  Thanks to everyone for making this an event to remember.  Below are some highlights of the event.

 

We had over 60 people at our facility for this event, with over 50 computers on the LAN!  The BLE crew and their sick L4D skills (Ghrog's sick skills anyway) cleaned house during the L4D tourney winning 3 ice cold energy drinks each and an extra raffle ticket.  With those extra tickets Smor won a copy of BF2 and Lidia won the grand prize, a BFG GTX260 OC video card with Far Cry 2.  Not too bad.

 

Ternis pwned in the COD4 tourney, beating 44 other players for 1st place and a Logitech G9 gaming mouse.  Definite FTW.

 

We had 35 players on our Counter Strike: Source server for over 2 hours...we finally had to switch to de_port so everyone could spread out a bit.

 

The Rockband/PS3 was a hit on the 60" TV, thanks to ViolentlyHappy for the gear and Quality Rentals in Burlington, WA for the TV.

 

We ate 16 Costco Pizzas, 8 bags of chips, drank over 340 cans of Mountain Dew/Dr. Pepper, and went through 5 rolls of paper towels and 12 rolls of TP.  Yeesh.

 

 

 

We used about 75Gb of bandwidth in during the one event.  I don't event want to know how much power we used.
